How can I get a free account?

If you are a principal, administrator, IT staff or other decision maker for your verified school, we will establish a free trial account once administrative setup and training is confirmed.

If you are a teacher, parent or student whose school has just implemented Gradelink, please contact your school's administrator for log in information.

How do I log in?

Click the green "Log In" button above to enter your school's ID, your username and your password.
Schools generally will provide this information to you once Gradelink is fully implemented.

What if I lost or forgot my user name or password?

Please contact your school. For security reasons we are unable to provide log in credentials via phone or email.

Can my son or daughter look at their grades?

Yes. Currently, if you wish to share your login credentials with your child they also can access your Gradelink account. Coming soon, Gradelink will offer individual parent/student login accounts.

My school does not use Gradelink. Can I get an individual teacher account?

Currently, Gradelink is designed as a school wide system to simplify grading, attendance and other school administration tasks for a whole school. While we don't offer individual user accounts at this time, we'll gladly demonstrate Gradelink to your school and provide information and assistance for presenting Gradelink to your principal/administrator, highlighting the benefits, ease of use, and cost effectiveness of Gradelink (see our free trial offer).

How long does it take to get Gradelink set up at our school?

Most schools can be up and running in as little as an afternoon.

Who should manage Gradelink for our school?

Anyone who is proficient using the internet and basic office applications can administer Gradelink. This person could be a member of the office staff, an IT teacher, the principal or even a teacher who is excited about using Gradelink.

I am very busy principal. How time consuming is it to manage Gradelink?

Not time consuming at all. Actually, Gradelink can end up saving you and your staff countless hours of time. After the initial setup process, moving from term to term takes just minutes. Most administrative tasks can be delegated to one of your staff members. Yet you can still use Gradelink to instantly get information on any classroom, teacher or student at your school. We handle the technical duties including backups and updates, saving you valuable resources.

Can I download Gradelink or use it without an internet connection?

Gradelink is 100% web-based, and we do not currently offer local desktop apps. An internet connection is required.

What kind of internet connection do I need?

Gradelink was originally designed to work over a 56K dial-up modem connection. Although it is still usable with this method, we highly recommend broadband connectivity (such as cable or DSL) to make Gradelink feel more responsive.

Does Gradelink require special hardware or software?

Most computers, Mac or PC, made in the last 10 years or so should work fine. You don't need to install any special software, just make sure your web browser is up to date. Gradelink works well on current versions of Internet Explorer, Safari, Firefox and Google Chrome.

Does Gradelink work on my mobile device?

Currently, the parent/student and teacher interfaces of Gradelink work well in mobile browsers on iPhone/iPad/iPod Touch, and Android devices. We have not tested other platforms extensively. Full support for the administrative interface of Gradelink is in development.

How much does Gradelink cost for our whole school?

Less than most people think. Please see our pricing page.

What is Gradelink's free trial offer?

Try Gradelink out for a full quarter/trimester, with all features enabled. At the end of your trial term, if your school wishes to continue using Gradelink, we will invoice your school from that point forward, based on the number of students enrolled. See our pricing page for details.

Are there startup fees?
