Set the Record Straight

The highly configurable Counseling section offers Administrators flexible tracking of discipline, positive and negative behavioral issues, merits, demerits, academic goals and more. Record incidents or meritorious conduct complete with dates, actions taken, people involved, etc.

Teacher View

If granted by administrators, teachers can view disciplinary entries, add their own, and edit other entries if appropriate.

Teachers even get a flag notification on their gradesheet when an incident has been entered during the day, prompting them to view new entries. That means the fifth-period teacher will know when a student has been having behavioral issues since second period.

Parent View and Disciplinary Email Alerts

Gradelink offers schools the option to enable parents access to their child’s disciplinary entries. Dates, locations, incident information and the resulting action taken by the school can all be shown. Schools also have the ability to decide what information will be visible to parents. In addition, parents can get email alerts for incidents noted by teachers or administrators.

So students won’t be able to “lose” disciplinary notes on the way home from school anymore.
